Nowadays, there has a hot debate on whether people should careful with their money in their daily life since they try their best to save money. Some people think it is not good to do so because this may not makes people smart consumers. And in my eyes, the advantages of being careful with money in daily life outweighs the disadvantages.
First, being careful with money is a virtue that can always benefit people. Being thrifty is of great help, especially when the economic statue around the world is not very good. Being money-conscious is one of the good habits that always helps people when faced with all kinds of difficult financial situation. People have this awareness will think carefully before deciding to buy anything. For students, this awareness is very helpful because they mainly depend on their parents for financial supports. When they keep this awareness, they will definitely avoid to wasting money.
Secondly, being careful with money is, in fact, a good way to practice managing one's money. In modern society, it is neccesary to learn something about finance. Theories are usually hard to learn. In contrast, most people can learn quickly by practicing. With an efficient use of money. Being careful with money can teach people make good use of their money.

One major dicision which faces the Chinese student ready to begin higher education is the choice of attending an university or a small college.
The large university provides a wide range of specialized departments, as well as numerous courses within such departments. The small college, however, generally provides a limited number of courses and specializations but offer a better student-faculty ratio, thus permit individualized attention to student. Because its large student body (often exceeding 20,000) includes many people from different provinces so the university exposes its students to many different culture, social and out-of-class programmes.
On the other hands, the smaller, more homogeneous student body of the small college offers better opportunities in such activities. Finally, the university closely approximates the real world which provides a relaxed, impersonal, and sometimes anonymous existence, on the contrast, the intimate atmosphere of the small college must allows the student four years of structural living in which to expect and preparing for the real world. In making his choice among educational institutions the student must, therefore, consider a great deal of factors.

Although spelling is a basic skill in English study, but the importance attached to the spelling of words is far from enough. This phenomenon has greatly influenced students’s writing ability and brings on worries among teachers.
There are possibly three reasons contribute to this phenomenon. First, the exam-oriented education makes the students pay less attention to spelling. Second, some teachers should be blamed to this issue because they often ignore the importance of spelling during teaching. Last but not least, some students are too lazy to pay any attention to the spelling of words.
Since spelling is one of most important factors in English study, due attention should be given to it. As for me, I think, first, modifying the current exams are the real solution to this problem, that can help students build up a correct attitude toward spelling. Then, schools had better setting effective mechanisms to help teachers as well as students to realize the significance.
Finally, for students themselves, they should, through other ways, cultivate interests in word spelling. Only by these above-mentioned measures they can surly realize the importance of spelling and make some improvements.
